Semantix AI SuiteLinkAPI
AI agents connected to the systems the company already uses
LinkAPI is the integration layer of the Semantix AI Suite. It gives agents secure access to the ERP, the CRM, databases and the company’s other tools, without replacing any system.
The problem it solves
The agent cannot reach the company’s systems.
LinkAPI, Integrates
In other words
It is like giving a new employee the access they need to do their job, and only that.
What LinkAPI does
An agent can only carry out a task if it reaches the systems where that task happens. LinkAPI handles that connection, on three fronts.
Connect systems
- Connector for any APIConnects the agent to any system that offers an API, whether internal or off the shelf.
- API documentation importFrom a system’s OpenAPI (Swagger) description, its operations become ready-to-use tools for the agent, without coding them one by one.
- Universal MCP connectorUses MCP, the open standard for connecting agents to tools, to bring any MCP server into the process.
- Protected credentialsEach connection has its own credentials, stored securely, and the agent only accesses what has been authorized.
Start the process
- From a conversationThe process starts with a message, such as a request made in a chat.
- By voiceThe process starts with a spoken conversation, in real time, with an agent that listens, queries the systems and answers.
- From an event or scheduleA notification from another system, a scheduled time or a manual command starts the process.
- From a fileAn uploaded document, such as an invoice or a contract, enters the process to be read and handled.
Open the company to other agents
- MCP GatewayTurns the company’s automations and APIs into tools that assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini can use, with the same access control, usage limits and a record of every call.
- Document baseThe agent searches the company’s documents by meaning, not just by keyword.
- Output in the right formatThe process delivers the result as text, PDF, spreadsheet or JSON, ready for a person or for another system.
How a system enters the process
Follow along with an example: the daily reconciliation of payments between the bank and the ERP.
01Connect
The system is registered once, with the credentials and permissions defined by the company.
In the example: The bank statement and the ERP’s finance module are connected.
02Start
An event, a schedule or a file starts the process.
In the example: Every day at 7 a.m., the process starts automatically.
03Query and act
The agent reads and writes only what its permission allows, and every call is recorded.
In the example: The agent matches the entries and marks the reconciled payments in the ERP.
04Deliver
The result comes out in the agreed format, for a person or for another system.
In the example: Discrepancies reach the finance team in a spreadsheet, for review.

Display of third-party brands is subject to usage authorization.
Works together with
The suite’s products form a single platform and can be used together in the same process.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about LinkAPI
Do current systems need to be replaced or adapted?
No. LinkAPI connects to systems as they are, through the APIs they already offer. When a system has no API, the best way to integrate it is defined during the assessment.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that defines how AI agents connect to tools and data. With it, the same integration serves different agents and AI models.
How is access to data controlled?
Each connection has its own credentials and permissions defined by the company. The agent only accesses what the task requires, and every call is recorded.
