How to engage
From platform to operations, at your pace
You can start at any stage: assess, use the platform with your team, build with Semantix, contract the operation or extend your team with professionals who work with AI. The technology is the same in all of them, and the contract can evolve to outcome-based whenever it makes sense for you.
Clients with a services contract with Semantix evolve to this model without starting from scratch.

From platform to operations: the ways to work with Semantix
You choose how far Semantix goes: the assessment sets the path, your team can build on the platform, Semantix can build alongside you or operate, and the extended team speeds up any of them.
- 01
Assess
When it is not yet clear where to start.
Short work with a fixed scope, ending in a prioritized plan and a business case.
- 02
Use the platform
When your team wants to build autonomously.
Your team creates its own workflows on the Semantix AI Suite, in your company’s environment, with Semantix support and governance.
- 03
Build
When what needs to be done is already defined.
A project with a beginning, middle and end: migrate, implement, integrate, modernize or put agents into production.
- 04
Operate
When what exists needs to work every day.
We take over operations with agreed service targets: applications, service desk, cloud, data, security or business processes.
- 05
Extend the team
When you lack people — or capacity — to deliver.
Professionals and squads who work with AI built into their daily work, with productivity measured from the start.
From effort to results, at your pace
We measure the baseline before we start and track the gains throughout the contract. That way, part of the payment can start to depend on business targets, such as service time or cost per transaction, as the operation matures.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about how to engage
Do I need to hire everything at once?
No. Most clients start with a fixed-scope assessment and decide the next step with the plan in hand.
I already have a contract with Semantix. Can I evolve to the outcome-based model?
Yes. We start from the operation you already have: we measure the baseline, bring agents to the volume with specialists on the exceptions and, once the gains are measured, part of the payment starts to depend on agreed targets.
What is an outcome-based contract?
It is a contract where part of the payment depends on agreed business targets — such as service time or productivity — and not only on the hours or people assigned. To make this work, we measure the baseline before we start.
What is the difference between an AI squad and traditional staffing?
In traditional staffing, capacity only grows by adding people. In an AI squad, professionals work with an AI suite and productivity is measured from the start, so each person delivers more.
Can the same team build and then operate?
Yes, and that is what we recommend: the people who built the solution know it, and the handover to operations happens without losing knowledge.
