SAP end to end: from cloud migration to AI-powered operations

Your ERP evolves end to end, with an SAP Platinum Partner in Latin America: from the assessment and the migration from ECC to S/4HANA in the cloud to 24×7 operations and AI agents on top of the system.

Without losing the rules the ERP already holds — and with predictable costs.

Team tracking management system indicators on several monitors

What is it?

SAP is the management system that records purchasing, sales, inventory, finance and production for thousands of companies — it is where the business rules live.

Why does it matter?

When ERP data is locked away and every update becomes an expensive project, the company’s most important system starts to slow operations down.

How does it work?

We understand the current environment, design how it should look, migrate using SAP’s methodology and keep the ERP evolving afterward.

What changes?

The ERP is updated automatically, with a predictable subscription, and business teams gain the freedom to use AI on their own data.

ECC deadline

SAP ECC has a deadline

SAP ends standard maintenance for ECC in 2027. Each stage below carries cost and risk implications, so transition planning should start early.

  1. 2027

    End of standard maintenance

Standard support for SAP ECC 6.0 (enhancement packages 6 to 8) ends on December 31, 2027.

  2. 2028–2030

    Extended maintenance

Optional support, at additional cost, limited to security fixes and legal changes, with no new features.

  3. From 2031

    Restricted maintenance

Without a transition contract, ECC moves to limited maintenance, with no guarantee of legal and security updates.

  4. Until 2033

    Transition option

For large environments, SAP offers a private cloud transition option, subject to a RISE with SAP contract and technical requirements.

An example: checking a supplier’s status

The same question, before and after the ERP evolves.

Today

  1. Request to IT
  2. Custom report
  3. Export to a spreadsheet
  4. Cross-check by hand
  5. Answer days later

After

  1. Question in plain language
  2. Agent checks the ERP
  3. Answer with the right data

The query follows the permissions of the person asking, and every access is logged.

Where this fits: SAP is part of the Applications and SAP front, together with enterprise systems. With the ERP connected to your operation’s context, agents can act on it. This is where companies start when they have an ERP upgrade ahead or data locked in the management system.

Signs you need this

  • “The interface is slow and every query depends on IT.”

  • “ERP upgrades are complex and expensive.”

  • “The cost of SAP infrastructure and maintenance keeps growing.”

  • “AI stayed in the pilot stage because ERP data is not accessible.”

Where AI comes in

Generic AI models lack the precision an ERP requires. With Joule and SAP’s AI platform, agents work on the system’s own data and rules. When a process spans other systems, SAP agents work alongside Agentix, under Safetix governance.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about SAP

Do I have to migrate from ECC by 2027?

Standard maintenance for ECC ends on December 31, 2027. Extended maintenance can be purchased until 2030, but without new features. The Discovery shows the right timing and path for each company.

What changes in SAP with Brazil’s tax reform?

The gradual replacement of taxes by CBS and IBS requires adjustments to master data, calculations and tax documents in the ERP. We plan these adjustments together with the system’s evolution, to avoid rework.

What is the difference between RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP?

Both take the ERP to the cloud under SAP’s subscription model. RISE is for companies that already use SAP and will migrate their current environment; GROW is for companies starting on SAP directly in the cloud.

Do I need to migrate everything at once?

No. The Discovery sets the order: what moves first, what gets adjusted and what gets switched off. The financial plan shows the cost and the gain of each stage.

How does AI work inside SAP?

Through SAP’s own AI platform, which works on the ERP’s data and rules. That way, agents’ answers and actions follow the same permissions and controls as the system.

Does Semantix also support SAP after implementation?

Yes. Support and continuous evolution can stay with the same team that did the implementation, with agreed service targets.
