Semantix accelerates its AI-Driven strategy with new leadership
Following the integration of Atos’ South American operations, the company strengthens governance and execution with an operating model that puts AI at the center of the business.
Semantix announced a new management structure to lead the integration and its next growth cycle. At the heart of the strategy is the SemantixAI suite, a proprietary architecture that integrates, orchestrates and governs AI agents to deliver business results.
The move follows the acquisition of Atos’ operations in South America, which expanded the company to seven countries and brought experience in managed services, infrastructure, cybersecurity and mission-critical operations.
Claudia Goulart becomes Managing Director, also serving as CFO, leading Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Procurement, HR and Marketing. Daniel Lopez, promoted to VP of Operations, adds Sales and Products to Operations, unifying the customer journey end to end. Founder Leonardo Santos Poça D’Água remains Executive Chairman, focused on growth strategy.
The result is a model that combines a proprietary AI platform, data, operations and execution at scale — one Semantix uses to run itself before bringing it to clients.
“Our commitment is to turn this unique capability into concrete results, driving growth, innovation and value for clients, partners and shareholders.”
